Palm Cove feels like a well-kept secret that you almost don’t want to share. We stayed at the Peppers Beach Club & Spa and we spent most of our days by their gorgeous pool.
Palm Cove is a small coastal village located in Far North Queensland, Australia, about 27 kilometers north of Cairns.
Palm Cove is also a gateway to some of the region’s natural wonders, including the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest. The Esplanade is the heart of the village, where you’ll find a variety of boutique shops.
As beautiful as the beach is, unfortunately it's not safe for swimming during parts of the year due to jellyfish being present in the waters.
Most of the restaurants are situated along the esplanade, and offer amazing views of the sea.
We took a day trip to the Daintree Rainforest, which was like stepping into another world - the air feels thicker, the colors more vibrant, and the sounds of nature are all-encompassing.
We stopped at Cape Tribulation, where the rainforest meets the reef—a breathtaking contrast of lush green against the blue ocean.
