Rome offers some amazing rooftops with breathtaking views and we went for pre-dinner drinks at a different rooftop each night. There’s something special about watching the city light up as evening falls, and each rooftop offers its own little escape from the hustle below.

The food in Rome is a true delight for the senses. I was on a mission to find the best Pasta Carbonara and I'm happy to report that the mission was accomplished at the quaint Osteria Circo. The Carbonara was creamy with perfectly salty, chunky pieces of guanciale. It was so good, we came back twice!

Rome is a city that blends the ancient with the modern, where every corner tells a story of history, art, and culture. Whether you're wandering through the ruins of the Colosseum or enjoying a gelato by the Trevi Fountain, Rome leaves a lasting impression. It’s a place where the past feels incredibly present, making each visit a unique journey through time.
